Michele Placido arrives at Agorà: the great authors of Italian poetry and classical Neapolitan song in the recital of the Italian actor and director guest of the summer festival of San Sebastiano al Vesuvio.
Evening of Honor with Michele Placido
A special guest will arrive in the Agorà San Sebastiano al Vesuvio arena on Wednesday 26 June 2024 at 21:15 pm: Michele Placido in “Serata d'onore”. Tickets cost 15 euros for the first sector and 13 euros for the second sector. The evening will be presented by host Emma Di Nicuolo.
The recital represents a story-dialogue between the artist and the spectators, where the actor will interpret poems and monologues by great figures of Italian literature such as Dante, Neruda, Montale, and D'Annunzio. There will also be verses by important Neapolitan poets and writers such as Salvatore Di Giacomo and Eduardo De Filippo. Accompanying Michele Placido on this poetic-musical journey will be Gianluigi Esposito (voice and guitar) and Antonio Saturno (guitar and mandolin), who will interpret the most beautiful classical Neapolitan songs.

Organization and Collaborations
Agorà San Sebastiano al Vesuvio third edition is organized by Sirioevents in collaboration with Red Carpet and Napoli Jazz Club. The event enjoys the support of the Municipality of San Sebastiano al Vesuvio, the Metropolitan City of Naples, the Campania Region and the Film Commission.

The summer arena, located in the Urban Park on Via Fellapane in San Sebastiano, will offer films, shows, and concerts until September 8, 2024. With over 500 seats, you can enjoy different events every day throughout the summer. Two important new features include film tickets for just €3,50 and the option to purchase a season ticket for all theater performances for €90.
