Naples. Last night, as part of the security operations ordered by the Naples Police Headquarters to ensure safety in the city's nightlife areas, a massive security deployment was deployed in Vomero, specifically in the areas of San Martino, Piazza Vanvitelli, Piazza Medaglie d'Oro, Via Giordano, Via Scarlatti, and Via Falcone.
The operation, which saw the collaboration between officers from the Vomero, Vasto-Arenaccia, San Carlo-Arena and Pianura Police Stations, members of the Guardia di Finanza, officers from the Local Police, personnel from the ASL Napoli 1 and the Labour Inspectorate, had the objective of preventing and combating illegality and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene regulations in public places.
During the service, 300 people were identified, 25 of whom had a police record. In addition, 112 vehicles were checked and 5 violations of the Highway Code were reported.
25 commercial establishments were also inspected, where several irregularities were found. The owners of the premises were fined for a total amount of over 37 thousand euros.

The violations reported primarily concerned workplace safety, the presence of unauthorized personnel, and improper food storage. Specifically, 110 kg of unfit food were seized.
