Police checks in 4 municipalities in the province of Naples: over 600 identified

Over 600 people identified, hundreds of motorcycles and cars checked along with criminals under house arrest and dozens of fines and seizures issued.

This is the result of checks carried out by the police in the municipalities of Caivano, Portici, Torre Annunziata and Pompei.

Checks in Caivano

Yesterday, the agents of the Afragola Police Station, with the collaboration of the Campania Crime Prevention Department, carried out an extraordinary territorial control service inside the “Parco Verde” of Caivano.

During the operation, 86 people were identified, 53 vehicles were checked and one violation of the Highway Code was reported.

Police checks in Portici

Yesterday, the agents of the Portici-Ercolano Police Station, with the support of the Campania Crime Prevention Department, carried out an extraordinary territorial control service in Portici.

During the service, the operators identified 118 people, checked 56 vehicles and also contested 3 violations of the Highway Code.

Checks in Torre Annunziata

Yesterday, the officers of the Torre Annunziata Police Station, with the support of the Campania Crime Prevention Department and a canine unit of the General Prevention Office, carried out an extraordinary territorial control service in the municipality of Torre Annunziata and in particular in the streets Settetermini, Plinio, Sant'Antonio, Prota, Parini, Cuparella, in vico Sorte and in piazza Imbriani.

During the operation, the operators identified 303 people, of which 83 had a police record and 4 were under house arrest, and checked 178 vehicles.

Checks in Pompeii

On Tuesday, agents from the Pompeii Police Station and operators from the Torre Annunziata Guardia di Finanza Group carried out an extraordinary territorial control service in Pompeii.

During the operation, 136 people were identified, 42 of whom had previous police records, 73 vehicles were checked, one of which was subjected to administrative seizure, and three violations of the Highway Code were contested.

Checks in Caivano
