The Prefect of Naples, Michele Di Bari, has issued a ban on the possession of weapons, ammunition and explosive material against a man.
The man, already under "red code" procedure for the violence he suffered from his wife, lost his gun license due to his behavior.
According to a note from the Prefecture, the man "he no longer meets the rigorous reliability requirements set by current legislation regarding weapons, due to his extremely serious conduct towards his wife, who has filed a complaint against him for domestic abuse."
