The four were caught by footage from the premises' surveillance cameras, which is attached to the investigation documents coordinated by prosecutor Celeste Carrano of the Naples DDA.
At the validation hearing, as reported by Il Mattino and the Naples edition of La Repubblica, three of the four suspects, represented by lawyer Mario Bruno, admitted the facts, clearing Gennaro Sesso, who denied the charges. Judge Marco Giordano issued a prison order for all of them.
Gennaro Sesso is a well-known figure in the Naples news for his criminal deeds. In 2012 he beat up a female municipal police officer who had stopped him.
Last year he was sentenced to 5 years in prison for a Rolex robbery committed against a tourist in Rome in recent years together with Giuseppe Saltalamacchia who was instead sentenced to 4 years.

And investigators believe that he is trying to make space for himself in the area of central Naples, where the Mazzarellas do not have control of illegal activities, taking advantage of the numerous arrests that in recent months have particularly affected the Contini group.
The Sesso brothers are also Pasquale, killed on July 5, 2023 in the alleys of Pallonetto. He ended up in prison for that murder. Gennaro Belaeff, a well-known criminal linked to the Elia del Pallonetto clan.
