Naples. Last night, State Police officers, during a territorial control service in Corso Novara, arrested a man in execution of a prison order.
The officers checked a man who, following further investigations, turned out to be the recipient of a prison order, issued on March 22, 2023 by the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Cassino - Criminal Enforcement Office.
The man, a morocchino aged 49, will have to serve a sentence of one year, 5 months and 28 days in prison for property crimes.
For these reasons, the man was arrested in execution of the provision and taken to the Poggioreale prison.
