Officers from the Naples Local Police, San Lorenzo Operational Unit, had no hesitation in shutting down a car wash in Piazza Poderico, which was operating without the required environmental permits and waste disposal forms. The car wash owner has been reported.
The business was also seized. But the violations didn't end there: the owner was fined for using two driveways without a permit, for excessive noise generated by the equipment used, and for carrying out work on public land.
This operation did not only concern the car wash in Piazza Poderico, but also involved nine other businesses present in the area under the jurisdiction of the IV Municipality. In total, 14 administrative sanctions were issued during checks carried out by Local Police officers.
