A major investigation into the granting of credit to businesses under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) with the so-called "SuperAce" program has led to the seizure of over €1117 billion from 800 companies across Italy.
The investigation, coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office of North Naples, builds on the previous investigation by the Frattamaggiore Financial Police Group, which has already seized fictitious credits totaling €2022 billion since 1,6.
This is the most impressive investigation involving the whole of Italy and which led to the preventive seizure, issued by the GIP at the Court of Naples North at the request of the Public Prosecutor's Office, against 800 companies, with reference to credits connected to the incentives introduced in the area of aid for economic growth, the so-called "SuperAce", for a total value of over 117 million euros.
