Osimhen's fury exploded in an Instagram live against Nigeria's coach Finidi George. The video, which has gone viral, shows a furious Osimhen attacking the coach before an assistant takes his phone away.
It all started with the words of Finidi who, in recent days, had used Osimhen as an example to underline the lack of dedication to the national team by some of the best Nigerian players. The coach had referred to Osimhen's injury that had caused him to miss two World Cup qualifying matches, maintaining that the player could still have been present.
Osimhen replied angrily: “I have always played with my heart for my country. It is true that I have had several injuries, but now I have lost all respect and esteem for the CT. I was injured, it is true, but after the MRI I immediately called Finidi.

The video ends abruptly when a collaborator of osimhen, seeing the heated tone of the live broadcast, decides to interrupt it.
