Casoria. "I ask for help from all those who saw something coming forward on the evening of June 3rd in via Giovanni Pascoli near Capodichino airport. That night my son Paky died, he wasn't even 16 yet and 9 days after the accident we still don't know anything."
This is the heartfelt appeal to any witnesses from Susy Tramontano, mother of Pasquale Esposito, to tell investigators what the dynamics of the accident were.
“There are also images from the airport cameras Capodichino", says Mrs. Susy. And then she adds: “But they don’t tell us, his family, anything. We are desperate. We just want to know how our Paky died. It is our right to know the truth.”
On the night of June 3, Pasquale Esposito was returning home. He was riding his Honda 125 scooter and was wearing a helmet. He first collided with a Fiat Panda driven by a 19-year-old and then ended up against a second car traveling in the opposite direction.
The impact was very violent and Paky died instantly. The calls for help from the other drivers involved were useless. When the ambulance arrived his heart had already stopped forever.
The carabinieri were on site and carried out the surveys. The body was seized pending the autopsy. The two cars involved and the scooter that was destroyed were also seized.
