Arzano. Fraud hypothesis on the Municipal Urban Plan: public denunciation in the city council by the opposition councilor, Salvatore Borreale.
The input on the serious affair – the councilor of Arzano Viva publicly denounced – comes directly from one of the three professionals who are members of the ATP who has already reported the affair to the professional order.
But the even more serious thing – according to what was reported and put in the council records – would be the creation of a “double assignment” on the Puc with an increase in money for the already disastrous coffers of the municipality (80 thousand euros would be added to the 25 thousand foreseen in the primary assignment to the ATP).
A master plan that, according to what has been publicly denounced by various political forces, no one (except a few) knows the content of.
To ask for the intervention of the National Anti-Corruption Authority and the Prefect of Naples Michele Di Bari, following the "bombshell" question from the opposition councilor, Borreale, on the Puc was the anti-Camorra journalist Mimmo Rubio.
“On the ATP invested for the drafting of the Puc –Rubio writes – there would be specific complaints of violations of transparency made to the professional association and also to the Public Prosecutor's Office.
The work of the director of the technical office, Gianfranco Marino, already on trial at the Municipality of Pompeii for abuse of office in competition and building abuse, of the relevant Councilor Francesco Taglialatela and of the municipal secretary, Francesco Battaglia, is under accusation”.
“Prefect Michele Di Bari – Rubio reiterates – if you are there, give us a sign: in Arzano, unbelievable things are happening regarding the management of the municipality. This is only the latest of many…”.
In fact, the State seems to have abandoned Arzano with the total absence of investigations into the prevention and repression of phenomena inherent to public administration.
