Despite having already been reported at large by the Carabinieri of the Pietramelara Station, in the Caserta area, who last June 15, in violation of the precautionary measure of removal from the family home to which he is subjected, stopped him immediately after he had climbed over the fence of his parents' home, the 37-year-old, late yesterday afternoon, was again surprised by the military in a state of psychophysical alteration, inside the garden of the same home.
The man, considered responsible for repeated mistreatment of his father and mother, was hit by the precautionary measure issued by the Court of Santa Maria Capua Vetere, and carried out by the military of the Arma.
This time, the family members themselves, fearing for their safety, immediately called the Carabinieri to intervene using the emergency number “112”.

The operator on duty at the operations center was told that the son, taking advantage of the fact that the gate to the house had been inadvertently left open, had sneaked into the garden where he allegedly got into a heated argument with his father.
Upon their arrival, the soldiers stopped the 37-year-old and took him to the barracks where, after the usual formalities, he was arrested and taken to the Santa Maria Capua Vetere prison, at the disposal of the judicial authorities.
He will have to answer for violating the orders to leave the family home and the ban on approaching places frequented by the injured party.
