Pomigliano d'Arco. For two weeks, under the leadership of Lieutenant Colonel Emiliano Nacar, the Pomigliano d'Arco Local Police have intensified their operations to ensure road safety and urban decorum.
Dozens of fines were issued in the central areas of the city, with particular attention to motorcyclists who were not wearing helmets. In the last three days, 150 reports were issued for violations of the Highway Code.
Fines totaling 5.000 euros were imposed on commercial activities that operated without the SCIA (Certified Notification of Initiation of Activity) and that violated the mayoral ordinances relating to noise emissions. Fines were issued for illegal occupation of public land and fines of 1.000 euros for noise emissions outside the premises.
