At the Royal Palace of Caserta, visitors can immerse themselves in the dream of King Charles of Bourbon, realized thanks to the architectural genius of Luigi Vanvitelli. Educational group tours of the Royal Apartments are offered daily at 9:30 am and 12:00 pm, offering a unique experience of the regal atmosphere of one of Europe's most prestigious palaces.
The tours, which last approximately an hour and a half, are led by Opera Laboratori educational services staff and cost €10 per person, in addition to the entrance fee. Each group can include a maximum of 20 participants, ensuring a personalized and in-depth experience. For international visitors, English-language tours are available every Saturday at 11:30 a.m. Special tours are available with a minimum of four participants.
For reservations, please contact Caserta@operalaboratori.com or check availability directly on site. The Palace is open from 8:30 am to 19:30 pm, with last admission at 18:15 pm. The Royal Apartments tour does not include access to the Royal Park and the English Garden, which can be explored independently or with the help of an audio guide. This allows visitors to appreciate the entire complex in complete freedom.
Until October 13th, with the same ticket as Royal PalaceThe "Visions" exhibition is open to the public in the new spaces of the Gran Galleria. The works "Crossings" by Luciano D'Inverno and "Genius et Loci - The Dramaturgy of the Gaze" by Luciano Romano offer insights into the creative genius of Luigi Vanvitelli. The exhibition is open from 8:30 am to 19:30 pm, with last admission at 18:30 pm, and is closed on free admission days. Access is reserved for holders of Park+Apartments and Apartments tickets, and ReggiaCard 2024 season ticket holders.
