Oscar Pecorelli, born in 42, and his wife, Mariangela Carrozza, 1979, allegedly used 43 luxury watches, mostly Rolexes, to launder the proceeds of their illicit activities. This circumstance emerges from investigations that today led the police and Carabinieri to execute 19 precautionary measures and to the emergency seizure of assets worth €8 million by the financial police, against two criminal groups linked to the Lo Russo Camorra clan, which were dismantled in Naples.
Among these watches, which were then also put on sale online through specialized sites, were the Rolex Yacht Master in rose gold, for 22 thousand euros, a Rolex Daytona in steel and gold and even a Rolex Daytona in white gold and diamonds.

Then there was usury with interest rates approaching 30 percent. Using an IT expert and a current account in the name of Mariangela Carrozza, it later emerged that, through 4 bank transfers for a total of 43.500 euros transformed into virtual currency, a loan was purchased in Dubai by one of their delegates. Rolex Ceramic chronograph later put on sale on a spec site for 57 thousand euros.
Oscar Pecorelli, 45, was a key figure in the Lo Russo clan, despite having been imprisoned for years. Using a "secret" cell phone, he issued directives and orders from Milan's Opera prison, as evidenced by conversations intercepted by the Flying Squad and the Guardia di Finanza until April 2023, and by the Carabinieri investigative unit this year. The various branches of the clan reportedly participated in the summits, organized at his wife's home via WhatsApp and Skype (subsequently also via Teams, Google Duo, Webex, and other apps).
