Naples. During a territorial control operation, officers from the Vasto-Arenaccia Police Station arrested two men, a 31-year-old Senegalese man and a 26-year-old Gambian man, for illegal possession of narcotics, threatening and resisting a public official, and aggravated criminal damage.
It all started when officers, during a patrol in Piazza Principe Umberto, noticed a man who, at the sight of them, attempted to run away. Once stopped, the man was found in possession of 18 packages of marijuana (approximately 24 grams), 7 sticks of hashish (approximately 7 grams), and €320 in cash, presumably the proceeds of drug dealing.
Suspecting further drug stashes, the officers searched the man's home, where they found 10 more packages of marijuana (approximately 36 grams), precision scales, and packaging material.

During the search, another man, who lived with the first, emerged from a room in a clearly agitated state and began cursing and threatening the officers. With considerable difficulty, the officers managed to calm the man down and arrest him.
In his room, the police found an even larger quantity of drugs: 4 blocks and 35 sticks of hashish (about 410 grams), 35 sticks of marijuana (about 60 grams), two more precision scales, 140 euros and packaging material.
