The preliminary hearing judge of the Naples Juvenile Court has adjourned the extraordinary hearing scheduled for tomorrow until July 5th regarding the summary proceedings in the rapes of the two young cousins from Caivano. The incidents involve three minors.
Judge Anita Polito made the decision due to the failure to file transcripts of the statements made by the three defendants. The defense attorneys, taking advantage of this omission, filed a motion, which was granted by the court.
