After a triumphant season that sold out all its performances, both season ticket and special events, the Teatro Cilea in Naples is ready to relaunch with a new calendar of events that celebrates Neapolitan cultural roots and offers a wide variety of artistic offerings for the 2024/2025 season.
The historic Vomero hall, under the artistic direction of Lello Arena, promises a series of shows that will further enrich the Neapolitan theatrical panorama, confirming itself as a cultural reference point for the city.
Prose, music and comedy: these are the ingredients of a program that promises to be full of emotions and unmissable events, with a mix of new features and highly anticipated returns. The 2024/2025 season of the Teatro Cilea is designed for a heterogeneous audience, capable of satisfying both theater enthusiasts and new spectators looking for quality artistic experiences.
Lello Arena has curated with passion and dedication a review that reflects the essence of the Neapolitan comic tradition, offering shows that range from comedy to prose, from music to entertainment, with an eye for the quality and variety of the offering.

Among the highly anticipated events is the return of Peppe Iodice, who from November 7th brings "So' Pep! The Last Nights" to the stage, promising to make audiences laugh with his unmistakable verve.
Serena Autieri will return to Cilea with a new show to enchant audiences with a performance that combines singing and acting, once again demonstrating her multifaceted talent.

Massimiliano Gallo, also much loved for his roles in Rai TV series, will bring to the stage a revisited comedy, which will surely be a great success, entitled "Anni 21' .. Noi Che Volevamo La Favola!" from November 90st, which will surely be a great success.
Starting December 5th, Vincenzo De Lucia, known for his hilarious impersonations, will star in a variety show that skillfully blends irony and satire. The show is titled "La signora della tv - Nuova edizione" (The TV Lady - New Edition).
Biagio Izzo, a well-known face in Neapolitan comedy, will be on stage starting December 12th and promises to entertain once again with his comedy titled "The Art of the Scam", while Carlo Buccirosso and Benedetto Casillo, with their brilliant and unconventional comedy, will be the protagonists of evenings full of good humor.
For Casillo - on stage from January 30th - it is a return in grand style and he will do so with the show "Colpo grosso a villa Pignatiello" while Buccirosso from February 13th presents to the public "Il Vedovo Allegro" while Maurizio Casagrande (from March 6th in "La prova del nove") and Paolo Caiazzo (from April 24th in "Quella Visita Inaspettata") will complete the rich theatrical programme with shows that, thanks to their extraordinary experience and their innate ability to engage the audience, promise to be unmissable opportunities for entertainment and reflection.
Among the musical events on February 20, the Avion Travel concert will certainly be one of the highlights of the season. Their refined and engaging music promises to give unique and unrepeatable emotions. The band will play in its original formation with Peppe Servillo on vocals.
Worth noting is a free performance for season ticket holders, who can enjoy—starting April 10th—the musical by I Ragazzi della Cilea Academy. After last year's resounding success with "Noi restiamo qui," the "Compagnia dei giovani" of the Cilea Theater is returning to the stage with a new and captivating musical, all made in Naples: "Ghiri Gori."
"Ghiri Gori" is a one-of-a-kind musical, created by students of the prestigious Cilea Academy, directed by renowned actor and director Lello Arena. This production features only young Neapolitan artists, who have demonstrated extraordinary talent and an overwhelming passion for the performing arts.
