Torre Annunziata. The Angri Highway Police have executed a house arrest warrant with an electronic bracelet against a 28-year-old investigated for bar robberies Autogrill of the service area of Torre Annunziata on the A3 motorway Napoli-Salerno.
Two robberies, both committed in March 2023. Similar modus operandi: the man allegedly threatened the cashiers with a knife to get them to hand over the money.
On March 4, the man was arrested red-handed while fleeing from a service station after committing a robbery.
The investigations of the Highway Police, supported by the images from the surveillance cameras, led to linking him to two other robberies that took place in the days preceding the same Autogrill.
The collaboration between the Highway Police and the Torre Annunziata Prosecutor's Office allowed the reconstruction of the facts and the ordering of the precautionary measure. The man was already in prison for another case.
