Un’importante operazione dell’Agenzia delle Dogane e dei Monopoli ha portato al sequestro di tremila ventilatori contraffatti di provenienza cinese al porto di Napoli. I ventilatori, destinati a società operanti nel territorio cittadino, sono stati intercettati dai funzionari doganali.
According to the information provided by the Agency, the ventilators bore the counterfeit brand of a well-known company and the CE marking on the packaging. However, the Market Surveillance Authority declared the products unfit for sale.
The entire load was then seized, and the legal representative of the importing company was reported to the judicial authorities on charges of counterfeiting and placing false marks on industrial products.
