During Massimo D'Alessandro's "Calciomania" program on Radio Crc, former coach and Italian football legend Dino Zoff spoke about Antonio Conte's possible arrival as Napoli coach and the team's future prospects.
"I had Conte in the national team, he was a complete midfielder. I don't know if he's already signed for Napoli, but he's done great things as a coach. He's a well-prepared person and therefore can give his all, he'll give everything he has to the team." Zoff declared.
Regarding the possibilities of retaining or acquiring new players, Zoff he underlined the importance of collaboration between coach and president: "We certainly need to see what options there are to keep certain players or sign others, but as far as the coach is concerned, we're a step forward. I don't know if any departures are planned, but I don't think there will be any particular friction. After all, the coach will do his part and the president will do his part."
