Today at the Caivano Castle (NA) an important training program dedicated to the staff of the Municipality of Caivano begins. This initiative aims to consolidate and strengthen the skills of municipal employees, both transversal and thematic, in line with the objectives of the Integrated Plan of Activities and Organization (PIAO) recently approved by the municipal administration.
The training program is designed to improve the skills of approximately 80 municipal employees already in service, as well as new hires who are completing their training at FormezPA's Naples office. The topics addressed concern the organization and activities carried out in municipalities, as well as transparency and anti-corruption, which are crucial to ensuring an efficient and correct service to citizens.
The training will be provided through 'Syllabus', the digital platform dedicated to the training of human capital of Public Administrations. This innovative tool allows flexible and personalized learning, capable of responding to the different needs of municipal employees and promoting the continuous improvement of their skills.
The Department of Public Function, promoter of the initiative, has underlined the importance of investing in the training of municipal employees to improve the quality of services offered to citizens and businesses. “The topic of training municipal employees constitutes a fundamental objective of the programme of interventions that the Department of Civil Service has undertaken in the Municipality of Caivano. It is necessary to invest in people's skills to improve the work they do and, therefore, the quality of services provided to citizens and businesses".
