From July 19 to 21, 2024, the town of Postiglione, located in the province of Salerno, will host the event "Alburni Borghi, Salute e Benessere: verso Strettule." This event represents an important opportunity to showcase the local area, encompassing aspects of culture, tourism, and food and wine. It will feature the participation of various institutional figures, including the Vice President of the Campania Region, Fulvio Bonavitacola.
### A Project for the Enhancement of the Territory
The municipality of Postiglione will host the event “Alburni Borghi, Salute e Benessere: verso Strettule” from 19 to 21 July 2024. This project was created to promote the historical, cultural and natural beauties of the area. The program includes a food and wine tour with typical local dishes, craft exhibitions, conferences, guided tours of historical, artistic and naturalistic monuments and musical performances that will enliven the Norman village of Alburni.

The event is promoted by the Scabec project and the Ministry of Tourism, under the title of “Borghi, Salute e Benessere”. The Municipality of Postiglione, together with the municipalities of Palomonte, Serre, Controne and Sicignano degli Alburni, is the recipient of funding from the Campania Region. This financial support aims to encourage tourism and the economic sustainability of the villages involved.
### The Event Program
The event will begin on Friday, July 19 at 19:XNUMX p.m. with a conference entitled “Tourism in Internal Areas, what future? Dialogue between institutions and economic operators”. Participants will include, in addition to the mayor of Postiglione Carmine Cennamo, the president of the Province of Salerno Franco Alfieri, the provincial councilor delegated to tourism Pasquale Sorrentino, and several other figures of regional importance. At the end of the conference, a ribbon cutting and the opening of food and wine and craft stands along the streets of the historic center are scheduled.
