Laviano and answer for the crimes of resisting a public official, threats and injuries.These are the charges leveled against CPB, 25 years old, resident in the municipality of Forio of Ischia, arrested on 5 May 2024 and released following a hearing to validate the arrest, in which his lawyer, criminal lawyer Massimo Viscusi of the Benevento court, requested a time limit for his defence, with the hearing to be held on 11 July 2024.
