In the two-year period 2022-2023, the Campania has seen the training of approximately 6.000 workers in the trade, manufacturing and construction sectors, with the provinces of Naples (36%), Salerno (27%) and Caserta (22%) among the most represented. This result emerges from the latest FondItalia Report.
FondItalia analyses the progress of continuous training financed by the fund at a national level. Over the last 15 years, FondItalia has played a crucial role in training workers in Campania. Since July 2009, when it was possible to join the fund, 19.885 Campanian companies have joined FondItalia, involving over 102.000 workers.
Campania represents 12% of workers and 13% of companies adhering to FondItalia, placing itself second only to Puglia and surpassing Lombardy. The FondItalia 2024 Report will be presented on Thursday 4 July at 10:30 am at the Sala della Loggia in Castel Nuovo “Maschio Angioino”, via Vittorio Emanuele III, Naples.
