An event of particular importance was the visit to the assets confiscated from the mafia in Grazzanise, where the children were warmly welcomed by the municipal administration and Mayor Enrico Petrella. Here, they discovered the transformation of a former home of the Casalesi boss into a training school dedicated to the commander of the Carabinieri Station of Macerata Campania, Marshal Baldassarre Nero. This experience allowed them to understand the importance of legality and social redemption.
Days Dedicated to Sport
The days dedicated to sports at the Revive Park in Caturano further enriched the program, with activities that celebrated team spirit and healthy competition. The park was the setting for the historic sports festival, strengthening the bond between the young participants and the territory.
Twinning with the Scouts
A special moment of the Campus was July 2nd, when, on the occasion of the feast of the Madonna delle Grazie of Casalba, a twinning was organized between the boys of the summer campus and the scouts of the parish. This initiative promoted integration and collaboration, creating a climate of friendship and sharing.
The Closing Party
The Campus was such a success that the families of Macerata Campania and the surrounding municipalities expressed great appreciation. As evidence of this, the mothers of the participants decided to actively contribute to the closing party, preparing homemade desserts and pizzas. The final celebration will be held on Friday, July 12 at the school in Via Roma in Macerata Campania. This day of celebration will be an opportunity to share moments of lightheartedness and friendship, closing in style three weeks full of emotions and discoveries.
