Naples. Good news for Neapolitan families: municipal daycare centers will remain open throughout the month of July! Thanks to the Action and Cohesion Plan and the Childcare Services program, the Municipality has allocated funds to extend the service during the summer months.
The goal is twofold: first, to offer concrete support to families, especially those with parents who work summers; second, to ensure children have the educational continuity that is essential for their development.
The initiative will involve all municipal daycare centers that have benefited from CAP funds, both those managed directly by the Municipality and those managed indirectly. Thanks to the additional funding, the latter will be able to extend their activities for four weeks starting today.
"We are delighted to be able to offer this service to Neapolitan families," said the city councilor responsible for childcare. "The opening of nursery schools in July is a sign of our concrete attention to the needs of citizens and, at the same time, an investment in our children's future."
The initiative was welcomed by families, who expressed appreciation for the concrete support offered by the Municipality. "It's a real blessing for those like me who work even in the summer," commented one mother. "Knowing that my son is in good hands and continuing to follow his educational activities gives me great peace of mind."
The opening of the nursery schools in July represents an important step for the Municipality of Naples, which confirms its commitment to families and the little ones
