Naples. Yesterday evening, officers from the Office of General Prevention and Public Aid, during their territorial control service, arrested a young Moroccan man who had committed a theft against a young girl.
The young man had taken advantage of a moment of distraction from the young woman who was sitting at a table in a restaurant with her family to steal the cell phone that had been placed there.
A quick gesture as he passed between the tables of the bar as if he were a customer, he grabbed his cell phone and ran away.
