Naples. A 38-year-old man was reported by the State Police for resisting a public official and several violations of the Highway Code after a daring chase on the Naples ring road.
The incident occurred on Tuesday afternoon when a Highway Police patrol, carrying out a security check at the "Agnano Ovest" service area, noticed a scooter parked in a space reserved for vehicles for disabled people.
The officers then identified the driver and, after verifying that he did not have a valid parking permit, ordered him to move the vehicle to allow for further checks.
Instead of obeying, the man fled towards the Agnano junction, starting a chase.
