For the third consecutive year, the ideal twinning between Pietrastornina and the Old West has been renewed. Following last year's success, the organizers of "Spaghetti Western Pietrastornina" aim to further enhance the experience of the thousands of visitors who will liven up the small town in the province of Avellino. The event is scheduled for September 6, 7, and 8, 2024, for an event that aims to consolidate its national standing while maintaining its founding principles.
Food and Wine Tours and Urban Transformation
The best local resources and minds will once again be the starting point for a collaborative effort aimed at creating food and wine tours. These tours will blend local culture and the Old West, accompanied by a dramatic transformation of Pietrastornina's main thoroughfare (and beyond) into a true Western village.
The Second Edition of the Film Festival
Following last year's success and the triumph of Giampaolo Gentile's "Per una sporca stella," the second edition of the Film Festival has been confirmed. The words of the event's president and creator, Fulvio Urciuolo, testify to the enthusiasm and ambition for this edition: "It will be a real surprise. It will be the year of its full affirmation." Young, emerging directors from across Italy and beyond will compete for the title, bringing to the event a sense of openness and the myth of the frontier.
