Three "Daspo Urbani" have been issued by the Police Chief of Caserta Andrea Grassi against three young people, in particular an Italian and two foreign minors guests of "family homes" in the province of Caserta, reported last Saturday for a fight in the gardens of Piazza Carlo di Borbone, in front of the Palace of Caserta, which arose from provocations exchanged between two groups of young people.
On that occasion, the State Police patrol cars intervened on duty to control the streets of the city's nightlife, and prevented the situation from degenerating, blocking the three young people.
With the complaint, the three also received a DASPO, a measure that prohibits access to public and entertainment establishments, such as bars, restaurants, and pubs, located in the center of Caserta, from 18 p.m. to 6 a.m., as well as loitering in the immediate vicinity of the premises, for a period of one year.
