The project Vanvitellian Red – The Lungo Reggia Liberato, curated by the ALI della Mente association, aims to strengthen the connection between the city of Caserta and its famous museum, the Palace of Caserta.
The event begins on Sunday, July 14 and offers the community an interactive and multidisciplinary path inside the Giardini della Flora, symbolically inaugurated on the date of the Storming of the Bastille. The project aims to transform the park into a Caserta Hyde Park, a green space for meeting and discussion on the themes of Liberté, Égalité, Fraternité.Article Key Points
Informative note
The first presentation of the initiative is scheduled for Thursday, July 11 at 19:00 p.m. at the Punto Enel in Via Laviano, a partner of the event. During this evening, participants will receive the Libriglietto Rosso Vanvitelliano, an exclusive guide that provides historical information, topics covered and tourist-informative aspects for future events in the Giardini della Flora. Furthermore, in collaboration with the Lipu Caserta ODV, an eco-social action will be carried out for the care of the green area in front of the premises of the Punto Enel that hosts the event.

The artists of the Company of the City & Factory Wojtyla affirm: “Caserta – City of All, the experience of Rosso Vanvitelliano as a virtuous model of cultural promotion of the city of Caserta around an ethical reinterpretation of the figure of Vanvitelli. At Flora a constant itinerant path with artistic performances, we also plan moments of speech by reservation to entrust Caserta with the first Corner of the Oratories of Southern Italy and special meetings such as Pulcinella Rosso Etico and Reddy Bear the Red Bear Vanvitelliano for the little ones”. One of the planned activities is an hour of free silent reading in the Gardens, called Silent Party, together with guided tours organized in collaboration with Lipu Caserta ODV to explore the nature present in the Flora.
