Naples. A 51 year old Neapolitan with a criminal record was stopped by the State Police while selling drugs on the street.

During a territorial control service, the agents of the General Prevention and Public Aid Office noticed a suspicious car in via Luigi D'Anna. Inside, a man was giving something to another individual in exchange for money.
The officers intervened immediately, interrupting the exchange and identifying both subjects. The pusher he turned out to be a 51-year-old Neapolitan with a criminal record.
During the personal search, the man was found in possession of a package of marijuana (about 7,8 grams), a stick of hashish (about 4,1 grams), a knife, a precision scale and the sum of money received shortly before.
The buyer, however, had with him the dose he had just purchased.
Not satisfied, the officers decided to extend the control to thehome of the 51-year-old. Here, they found a marijuana plantation, approximately 81,6 grams of the same substance, a block of hashish (approximately 100 grams), an air pistol without the red cap and material for packaging the drug.
In light of what was ascertained, the 51-year-old was arrested for illicit possession and transfer of narcotics, as well as reported for illegal possession of weapons. The buyer, however, was administratively sanctioned.
