Second release in three months for the Scisciano clothing factory.
The seizure took place on April 4th by the Carabinieri Labor Inspectorate of Naples.
The owners had been reported, and are still under investigation, for serious crimes of illicit intermediation and exploitation of labor, violations relating to fixed-term and permanent subordinate work (lack of residence permits), violations regarding health and safety at work.
The operational unit had provided, among other things, during the first inspection, for the seizure of the enormous structure, which, due to the expiry of the legal terms, had not allowed the approval of the Judge (Prosecutor's Office and GIP of Nola), thus arranging a sensational release from seizure on behalf of the defense, of the lawyer Massimo Viscusi.
Then, 30 days after the first seizure, there was the first release for "loss of effectiveness". It was due to a procedural quibble that the actual precautionary measure ordered by the on 4 April 2024, not validated within the terms by the GIP, ceased to exist.
The defense arguments in the request presented to the GIP of Nola and raised by the lawyer Viscusi Massimo have now been accepted in full, thus obtaining a new release from seizure.
