He was arrested by the Carabinieri in execution of a custodial order requested by the DDA and issued by the investigating judge of Naples.
This is a development of the investigation that in February led to the arrest of a 49-year-old man, also from Pannarano, who was also subject to a restrictive measure confirmed by the Review Court.
The investigation was launched after the complaint of the owner of a Caserta construction company engaged in the regeneration and adaptation works of the Pannarano sports facility, contracted by the Municipality for a value of approximately 700 thousand euros. "You have to get your act together, otherwise you will never leave Pannarano", the alleged extortionists allegedly told him.
