After a two-hour search, an 8-year-old boy who had left his home on his bicycle in Bisaccia, in the province of Avellino. In the afternoon the mother had contacted 112, worried about the disappearance of her son, who had not returned home after going out on his bike.

The search began immediately, coordinated by the Sant'Angelo dei Lombardi Carabinieri Company, involving five patrols. Thanks in part to analysis of municipal security cameras, the child was found about two hours later on a road outside the town, still pedaling. The child, in excellent health, was immediately taken home and returned to his family.
