Naples. A serial criminal mentality: this is the only way to explain the behavior of a criminal from Quarto reported last night twice in a few minutes by the Carabinieri.
The 42-year-old from Quarto, already banned from returning to the municipality of Naples, was caught on Via Anco Marzio in the Traiano district while riding a scooter without a license because it had been previously revoked.
The man was reported and the vehicle seized. However, the offender did not surrender because he was stopped again during the night while driving a car while attempting to flee. Again, he was stopped and reported.
