A new wave of violence has shocked the city of Afragola this afternoon.

In broad daylight, a commando of about ten people, armed and with their faces covered, spread panic in Via Morelli, opening fire on two men, Salvatore Strong and Catello Forte, uncle and nephew, both with criminal records.
The attack happened very quickly. The attackers, who arrived on motorcycles and scooters, fired about twenty gunshots, grazing Salvatore Forte. Catello Forte, on the other hand, was wounded by the neck of a broken bottle.
Panic among passers-by
The scene, like a Western movie, threw the many passers-by into panic. Hundreds of people ran away, seeking shelter behind parked cars or in the entrances of buildings. The fear was palpable, with witnesses reporting moments of terror.
