Another young victim on the road between Naples and the province. Qualiano mourns the death of the young footballer Francesco Palmieri
A head-on collision between a scooter and a lorry on a road, via Ripuaria, in Qualiano in the province of Naples, took the life of a 24-year-old.
This morning, for reasons yet to be ascertained, the vehicle two wheels Driven by Francesco Palmieri, 24, of Qualiano, the vehicle lost traction and skidded, colliding with a heavy vehicle coming from the opposite lane. Rescue efforts were unsuccessful. The boy died instantly.
Francesco played soccer for his hometown team, the Rangers. He has many memories on social media.
