Naples. They steal cell phones on the beach in front of the Diaz roundabout and a fight breaks out between some non-EU citizens.
It happened in Naples where, following a report from some citizens, the Local Police officers of the Motorcycle Unit - Territorial Intervention Group intervened.
The fight arose following a double theft of cell phones from an Italian citizen and an Algerian citizen, by two non-EU citizens, one of whom managed to escape with the stolen goods.
The Local Police took steps to escort the people involved in the brawl on the beach of Round Diaz in their offices to formalize their respective complaints, while a Tunisian citizen, one of the two alleged perpetrators of the theft who, following the fight, suffered serious injuries to his skull and face.
He was examined at the Ospedale del Mare in Naples and was deemed curable in 20 days.
Together with the prosecutor on duty, the local police reported the Tunisian citizen to the judicial authorities.
