Two 22-year-olds from the province of Naples were reported by the Carabinieri of Bagnolo Cremasco for having defrauded a couple and stolen over 15 thousand euros from them.
At the beginning of April, the Fraudsters They contacted the couple by posing as anti-fraud agents. Using a series of deceptions, including fake messages and requests to update passwords, they gained access to the victims' bank accounts.
Thanks to the couple's reports and the carabinieri's investigations, the two young men were identified. They had in fact opened bank accounts to which the money stolen from the victims had been diverted.
