Giugliano. He was arrested two months after the violent robbery that forced the victim to be admitted to the intensive care unit of the Cardarelli Hospital in Naples.
This is a man arrested by the police, coordinated in the investigations by the Public Prosecutor's Office of North Naples, who executed an order for the application of precautionary custody in prison, issued by the GIP
The man is charged with aggravated robbery and conspiracy to cause serious injury. Investigations by officers from the Giugliano-Villaricca Police Station revealed that the suspect, in the early afternoon of June 29th, allegedly committed a rapina, in conjunction with a person who is being identified, to the detriment of a woman, stealing her bag containing money, a cell phone and other personal effects.
The victim, following the fall on the road, suffered multiple brain injuries and was admitted to intensive care at Cardarelli Hospital in Naples.
