Over the past weekend, the agents of the Ischia Police Station and personnel of the Port Authority - Coast Guard of Ischia, with the support of the Sea Section of the General Prevention and Public Rescue Office, carried out a service aimed at monitoring and respecting navigation safety.
During the operation, 151 people were identified, 32 of whom had previous police records, 58 boats were checked and 31 violations of the Navigation Code were contested for a total amount of 40 thousand euros; finally, two vessels were subjected to administrative detention.
