To be affected by the preventive measure for an amount of 781.704 euros, carried out by the men of the group Guardia di Finanza and issued by the investigating judge of the Oplontina court at the request of the Torre del Greco prosecutor's office, "TM Italia srl" of Pompei and its legal representative, investigated for failure to pay VAT.
According to what was ascertained by the financial police, during the annual declaration presented for 2018, the company operating in the wholesale trade of telephone equipment and materials, had failed to pay VAT.
The seizure involved financial assets, movable and immovable property attributable to the company and its legal representative.
