The case involving a young man living in Cervinara, in the province of Avellino, who was the victim of continuous threats from a couple with whom he had shared the same home for about a year, ended with a precautionary measure. The intimidations he had suffered had thrown the young man into a climate of terror, so much so that he finally turned to the police.

According to the investigations conducted by the local police station, the couple, composed of a 26-year-old woman and her 42-year-old partner, allegedly carried out a series of threatening and stalking behaviors, causing an increasing state of anxiety and fear in the victim.

The episode continued for months, turning the young man's daily life into a constant nightmare. Despite his attempts to escape this spiral of threats, he found himself trapped in an unsustainable situation, to the point of deciding to file a formal complaint with the authorities.

Upon receiving the complaint, officers at the Cervinara police station began a thorough investigation. The testimonies collected, along with the evidence provided by the victim, confirmed the seriousness of the accusations. The Avellino Public Prosecutor's Office, in light of the evidence uncovered during the investigation, requested the intervention of the judiciary, which promptly responded.

The Preliminary Investigation Judge (GIP) of the Court of Avellino, evaluating the evidentiary framework and the dangerousness of the actions carried out by the couple, issued a precautionary measure against them. The two were prohibited from approaching the places frequented by the injured party, a measure aimed at guaranteeing the safety of the victim and avoiding further episodes of threats or retaliation.
