The facts date back to last July 8, 2023 where a violent movida took place on the island of Ischia, at the Blanco nightclub.
There was a huge brawl in the disco and three minors were injured. Broken bottles used as cutting weapons, a nightmare night on the Casamicciola Terme seafront.
The victims were stabbed in the legs and arms with a sharp object by unknown assailants.
Rushed to the hospital, the most serious was a local minor, hit by a deep stab in the back (he needed 50 stitches) and admitted in critical condition to the Rizzoli hospital in Lacco Ameno (defended by the lawyer Massimo Viscusi). The alarm was raised at dawn, when the first scuffles had already broken out inside the club.
The motive and dynamics need to be reconstructed. The military have cross-referenced the testimonies of the boys present at the time of the attack with the images from the security cameras of the place.
