This morning, the officers of the Police Station Vicar-Mercato, during the territory control service, while passing through via Santa Caterina a Formiello, they noticed a subject who, at the sight of them, suddenly fled in an attempt to elude the police control.
The young man, however, was chased and, after a fight, stopped by the officers.
The man, identified as a 26-year-old Neapolitan with a criminal record, already subjected to the alternative measure of probation, was arrested for assault and resisting a public official.
