It was held this morning, in prefecture A meeting will be held in Naples to examine the public order and safety, as well as organizational, aspects of the upcoming G7 Culture Ministerial, which will take place in Naples and Pompeii on September 19, 20, and 21.
During the meeting, chaired by Prefect Michele di Bari, the organizational aspects of the event were examined. The proceedings will take place at the Palazzo Reale. Visits and cultural events are also planned at the National Archaeological Museum of Naples and the Archaeological Park of Pompeii.
At the same time, the meeting also discussed issues of public order and safety related to the event.
The meeting was attended by all the institutions involved in organizing the event, including Nicola Lener, Head of the Delegation for the Italian G7 Presidency; Clemente Contestabile, Diplomatic Advisor to the Minister of Culture; representatives of the Campania Region, the Metropolitan City and Municipality of Naples; the Police Force, the Armed Forces, the Fire Brigade, the Naples 1 Central Health Authority and the 118 Emergency Service; the Royal Palace, the National Archaeological Museum, and Capodichino Airport.
Also participating, for those of interest, were the mayor of Pompeii, representatives of the archaeological park and the competent local health authority.
