David Neres is undergoing medical checks before signing his contract with Napoli. The 27-year-old Brazilian playmaker arrived at Villa Stuart in Rome, before signing his contract with Napoli, who bought him from Benfica.
The blue club closed the deal with a payment of 28 million. The Brazilian, who grew up in San Paolo and then landed in Europe at Ajax and then from 2022 he was at Benfica, where in two seasons he played 83 games between league and cups and scored 17 goals and 26 assists.
Neres has won the Dutch championship three times, the Portuguese championship once and the Copa America in 2019 with Brazil.
