The Tenth Section of the Naples Review Court, following a decision by the Supreme Court of Cassation, has annulled the order (concerning the charges relating to the murder) issued in May 2023 against Paolo Abbatiello and Gianfranco Leva.
Both believed to be involved in the murder of Salvatore Esposito Totoriello, killed and dissolved in acid in 2013, according to investigators for having started a relationship with the wife of a leading member of the Licciardi clan.
